
Red Lentil Tortilla (2-Ingredient)
Ingredients

1 cup red lentils (dry)

2 cups water

(Optional: pinch of salt)
Instructions

Soak the lentils
Rinse the red lentils well. Soak them in plenty of water for at least 3–4 hours or overnight. -
Blend
Transfer the soaked lentils and water to a blender. Blend until completely smooth—similar to crêpe batter. Let rest 5–10 minutes to slightly thicken. -
Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour about ¼–⅓ cup batter into the pan and spread into a thin circle. -
Flip
Cook for 1½–2 minutes until the edges lift and the surface looks set. Flip and cook another 1 minute. -
Repeat
Continue with remaining batter, stacking tortillas under a clean towel to keep warm.
